Change the password for your Malwarebytes Account

You can update your password after logging into your account. Follow the steps below to change your account password. 

Note: If you're unable to log in because you can't remember your password, see Reset a password for your Malwarebytes Account. 

1. Sign in to your account.
2. On the Overview page, scroll down to the Profile & Settings section.
3. Under Profile & Settings, click Change password. A pop-up page appears.
4. Enter your current password.
5. Enter the new password, and confirm the new password.
   • Note: The new password must contain at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, and 1 special character (ex: !@#$%^)
6. Click Save.
