My Account allows you to add devices to an existing subscription. In some cases, the Buy more button is not visible for active subscriptions. This article describes how to address this issue and complete the additional device purchase.
After logging in to My Account, and accessing the Subscriptions tab, the Buy more button is not available under Available devices.
Available devices displays the number of devices available from the total number of devices purchased, e.g. Available devices "2/3" means the license can be used on an additional 2 devices of a total of 3 devices.

Malwarebytes My Account
Active subscriptions purchased from the Malwarebytes Online store display the Buy more button when all the purchased seats have been used, there are no seats available.
Verify there are no available devices. If there are available devices, you'll need to install and activate Malwarebytes on other devices until all the seats are used.
If your subscription has no available devices, and the Buy more button is not displayed, submit a ticket with our Support team for additional assistance.
