Manually block website ads with Malwarebytes Browser Guard

Malwarebytes Browser Guard automatically blocks ads and trackers while using Chrome, Firefox, and Edge browsers. If you see a website ad that was not blocked, you can block it manually by adding it to the Brower Guard Block list.

Add items to the Block list

1. On a web page, hover over the ad and right-click to display the context menu.
2. In the context menu, select Malwarebytes Browser Guard, then click Block this item.

View Blocked items

1. Open the Malwarebytes Browser Guard extension.
2. Click the more options icon , then click Blocked items.
3. The website address for the items you blocked display. 

Delete all items from the block list

1. Open the Browser Guard extension.
2. Click the menu icon , then click Blocked items.
3. On the Blocked items table, click the menu icon in the list header banner.
4. Click Delete all items.
5. In the confirmation window, click Yes, delete.

Delete an item from the block list

1. Open the Browser Guard extension.
2. Click the menu icon , then click Blocked items.
3. Click the menu icon  , next to the the website you want to remove from the Blocked items list. 
4. Click Delete item.
5. In the confirmation window, click Yes, delete.
