From the Support Tickets screen in Malwarebytes Nebula, Super Admins can submit and manage support cases.
Super Admin users have the ability to perform the following actions on the Support Tickets page on the Nebula console:
- See and navigate to the Support Tickets page from the left-navigation pane of the Nebula console.
- Create a support ticket
- Add comments and attachments to your or other Super Admins' open tickets
- View open and closed tickets for all Super Admins on your account.
- Viewable ticket details:
- Ticket number
- Date opened
- Date updated
- Super Admin who opened the ticket.
- Expand and collapse full ticket conversations.
