When auto-renewal is turned on, the payment method on file is charged automatically at the end of a trial period or on the subscription expiration date. To cancel subscription for a Windows or macOS device, disable auto-renewal in your Malwarebytes account. A canceled subscription will remain active and valid until its expiration date.
If you have a subscription for an Android or iOS device, you will need to cancel your subscription via Google Play or the Apple App Store.

- Sign in to your account.
- On the Overview page, click Manage billing & payment underneath your subscription.
- In the drop down, click Manage billing. The Billing modal appears.
- In the Billing information tab, click Edit auto-renewal. A pop up appears.
- In the pop up, click Turn auto-renewal off.
- You are prompted to select a reason for canceling auto-renewal. Select the reason and click Send.
- Once you're done turning off auto-renewal, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Cancelling trials

Other subscription trials do not require payment information and can be cancelled from the app. See Deactivate device from your subscription for more information.
