Manage auto-renewal for your Malwarebytes subscription

When auto-renewal is turned on, the payment method on file is charged automatically at the end of a trial period or on the subscription expiration date. To cancel your trial or subscription, disable auto-renewal in your Malwarebytes account. A canceled subscription will remain active and valid until its expiration date.

To turn off auto-renewal and cancel a subscription:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. On the Overview page, click Manage billing & payment underneath your subscription.
3. In the drop down, click Manage billing. The Billing modal appears.
4. In the Billing information tab, click Edit auto-renewal. A pop up appears. 
5. In the pop up, click Turn auto-renewal off.
6. You are prompted to select a reason for canceling auto-renewal. Select the reason and click Send.
7. Once you're done turning off auto-renewal, you'll receive a confirmation email.
