Add devices or upgrade your subscription

Your Malwarebytes account allows you to modify your subscription to add more devices. From the account page, you can upgrade your subscription to include other products for added security or add seats to your subscription to protect more devices.

Note: Subscriptions purchased from Google Play or the Apple App store cannot be managed or upgraded from your Malwarebytes account. To upgrade a subscription purchased from an app store, see Add VPN to your Mobile Security v5 subscription.

Add more devices to your subscription

1. Sign in to your account. 
2. On the Overview page, click Upgrade or add devices.
3. In the drop down, click Add more devices. A new screen appears.
4. On the new screen, increase the number to your total number of devices, which may include the ones already on your subscription. The price for your subscription will adjust based on how many devices you have total on your subscription.
5. Check that your payment method is correct.
6. Follow the instructions on your screen to finish adding more devices to your subscription.

Upgrade your subscription

1. Sign in to your account. 
2. On the Overview page, click Upgrade or add devices.
3. In the drop down, click Upgrade protection.
4. On the Available upgrades page, select the plan that best meets your needs. Your current plan will be grayed out.
5. Choose the plan you want to upgrade to and confirm the total number of devices on your subscription.
6. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete your transaction.
