Update to the latest Desktop Security version on Windows

We recommend always running the latest version of the app for the greatest protection. The best way to stay up to date is to turn on automatic updates so your app is updated whenever there is a new version. You can also manually check for updates on Windows devices using the steps below.

1. Open the Desktop Security app.
2. Click the Settings icon.
3. Click the General tab.
4. Under Application updates, click the Check for updates button.
5. If an update is available, it will download and install automatically.
6. Click Close to return to the app.

If there are no updates, a message on the app says you're up to date.
