You can access your purchase history and manage your invoices from your account.
View your Purchase history
- Log in to your Account.
- Click the Billing tab.
- The Purchase history section displays the following:
- Date
- Subscription
- Payment method
- Amount
- Status
Download Invoices from your account
- Log in to your Account.
- Click the Billing tab.
- Under Purchase history, locate the applicable order.
- Hover over the order to view the download icon next to order status.
- Click the download icon to download a copy of your invoice.
Change the name on your invoice
To change the name on your invoice, you must edit the name in the account profile. This will use your new name on all future invoices, previous invoices cannot be updated. For instructions, see Change the name or email address in your Malwarebytes Account.
