You can access your purchase history and manage your invoices from your account.
View your Purchase history
- Sign in to your account.
- On the Overview page, click Manage billing & payment underneath your subscription.
- In the drop down, click Payment history. The Billing modal appears.
- On the Payment history tab, previous payments are listed in a table.
Download Invoices from your account
- Sign in to your account.
- On the Overview page, click Manage billing & payment underneath your subscription.
- In the drop down, click Payment history. The Billing modal appears.
- On the Payment history tab, previous payments are listed in a table. Click the download icon to download a copy of your invoice.
Change the name on your invoice
To change the name on your invoice, you must edit the name in the account profile. This will use your new name on all future invoices, previous invoices cannot be updated. For instructions, see Change the name or email address in your Malwarebytes Account.
