You can access your purchase history and manage your invoices from your account.
View your Purchase history
- Sign in to your account.
- In the left side bar, click Manage Subscription
.
- Find your desired subscription and click the Billing & payment link in blue.
- On the Billing & payment screen, click Payment history.
- On the Payment history tab, previous payments are listed in a table.
Download Invoices from your account
- Sign in to your account.
- In the left side bar, click Manage Subscription
.
- Find your desired subscription and click the Billing & payment link in blue.
- On the Billing & payment screen, click Payment history.
- On the Payment history tab, previous payments are listed in a table. Click the download
icon to download a copy of your invoice.
Change the name on your invoice
To change the name on your invoice, you must edit the name in the account profile. This will use your new name on all future invoices. Previous invoices cannot be updated. For instructions, see Change the name or email address in your Malwarebytes Account.
