This article lists minimum system requirements for your Windows device to run AdwCleaner. These requirements do not factor other functions your Windows device is responsible for.
System requirements

Operating system: Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, or Windows 7.
- Windows XP and Vista are not supported. For more information, see Windows XP and Vista compatibility with AdwCleaner.
- CPU: Minimum 800 MHz with SSE2 technology.
- RAM: Minimum 512 MB.
- Free disk space: Minimum 10 MB.
- Recommended screen resolution: Minimum 1024x768.
- Security & privacy: Minimum Windows 7.
Firewall access requirements
If you utilize a firewall, grant access for AdwCleaner to reach our services. Grant port access for the following:
