Safe Browsing Scanner keeps turning off on Mobile Security for Android after you enable battery optimization, system updates, or system cleaning apps.
How this issue affects you
You receive a notification prompting you to enable the Safe Browsing Scanner feature. After you enable the feature, it turns off automatically. You then receive the same notification to enable Safe Browsing Scanner again after restarting your device or closing the application.
What caused this issue
You enabled battery optimization features, system updates, or system cleaning apps on your Android device that turned off Accessibility Services permissions. Because Safe Browsing Scanner requires Accessibility Services permissions turned on, it won't function properly and keeps turning off.
