There are three ways to update your payment method.
- Renewal Notification Emails
These emails are sent 30 days prior to your renewal date and include a link to your payment update page. If you cannot locate your renewal email, check the Spam or Junk folders of your email inbox.
- Contacting Malwarebytes Support
Our Support agents provide you the available options to update your payment method.
- Through My Account
