Find my Malwarebytes license key

Malwarebytes subscriptions are purchased from our website, online resellers and retailers, and physical retail stores. Subscription details, like license keys, can be provided in digital or physical form. This article explains how to locate your license key for all purchase sources.

View your license key in your account

• Customers who purchased a subscription from the Malwarebytes Online store can find their license key in their Malwarebytes account.
• If you do not have a Malwarebytes account, you can create one with the same email you used to purchase your subscription.

To view your license key in your Malwarebytes account:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click Subscriptions  in the sidebar to go to the Subscriptions page.
3. On the Subscription page, find your subscription card.
4. Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of your subscription card, then click Manage devices.
5. In the pop-up, you can view your license key underneath the name of your subscription.

Locate your purchase confirmation email

• Purchases from the Malwarebytes online store are sent to your email address from no-reply@cleverbridge.com or no-reply@mail.malwarebytes.com. 
• If the confirmation email is not in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.
• If you purchased from other online retailers (not Malwarebytes) and don't see the license key in your confirmation email, request your license key from the merchant that processed your purchase.

Locate your subscription card

• Physical purchases include a subscription card with your license details.
• If you misplaced your card, and did not add your license to your Malwarebytes account, there is no way to retrieve your license details. You can purchase another subscription from our online store.
