Your Malwarebytes account allows you to manage the details of your subscriptions in a single place. On your account page, you can keep your information current by updating your payment method and billing address.
Note: Subscriptions purchased from Google Play or the Apple App store cannot be managed from your Malwarebytes account.
Update your payment method
- Sign in to your account.
- On the Overview page, click Manage billing & payment underneath your subscription.
- In the drop down, click Manage billing. The Billing screen appears.
- On the Billing screen, click Update payment method.
- In the pop-up window, follow the prompts to enter new details.
Update your billing address
- Sign in to your account.
- On the Overview page, click Manage billing & payment underneath your subscription.
- In the drop down, click Manage billing. The Billing screen appears.
- On the Billing screen, click Update billing address. A new screen appears.
- Enter your new address, then click Save.
Submit a support ticket if you need help updating your payment method, billing address, or if you would like to remove your payment information.
