Manage payment information in your Malwarebytes account

Your Malwarebytes account allows you to manage the details of your subscriptions in a single place. On your account page, you can keep your information current by updating your payment method and billing address.

Note: Subscriptions purchased from Google Play or the Apple App store cannot be managed from your Malwarebytes account.

Update your payment method

1. Sign in to your account.
2. In the left side bar, click Manage Subscription .
3. Find your desired subscription and click the Billing & payment link in blue.
4. On the Billing & payment screen, click Update payment method.
5. In the pop-up window, follow the prompts to enter new details.

Update your billing address

1. Sign in to your account.
2. In the left side bar, click Manage Subscription .
3. Find your desired subscription and click the Billing & payment link in blue.
4. On the Billing & payment screen, click Update billing address. A new screen appears.
5. Enter your new address, then click Save.

Submit a support ticket if you need help updating your payment method, billing address, or if you would like to remove your payment information.
