Manage payment information in your Malwarebytes Account

Your account allows you to manage the details of your subscriptions in a single place. From the account, you can update your payment information and billing address to keep your subscription information current. 

Note: Subscriptions purchased from Google Play or the Apple App store cannot be managed from your Malwarebytes account.

Update your payment method

1. Sign in to your account.
2. On the Overview page, click Billing in the sidebar.
3. Identify the payment method you want to update.
4. Click on the Edit icon next to your Payment method number.
5. In the pop-up window, follow the prompts to enter new details.

Update your billing address

1. Sign in to your account.
2. On the Overview page, click Billing in the sidebar.
3. Next to the Billing address, click the address to edit.
4. In the Edit billing address pop-up window, enter the updated billing address.
5. Click Save. Your new billing address displays.

Submit a support ticket if you need help updating your payment method, or billing address, or if you would like to remove your payment information.
