The My Account portal uses your email address to track all the information connected with your subscriptions. If you changed your email address, you will need to update that information in My Account.
To edit your email address:
- Log into My Account.
- Click your name on the top right corner.
- Select Settings from the dropdown list.
- Under the Profile section, click the
Edit icon.
- Delete your old email from the Email field.
- Type your new email address.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
