Share your subscription using My Account

In My Account, you can share subscriptions with friends and family when you have Available devices. 

• Share subscription through My Account
• Resend invitation
• Un-share an invitation

Share subscription through My Account

1. Log in to My Account. Refer to Create and manage your Malwarebytes Account for instructions if you need to setup a My Account profile. 
2. In the Subscriptions tab, click a subscription card with available devices.
3. Click Add device, and in the pop-up window select Add another device.
4. In the next screen, enter the email address of the person you want to share your subscription with.
5. Click Send invite to share your subscription. An invitation email is sent to the recipient. 
6. Click OK in the confirmation window.

Resend invitation

1. Log in to My Account.
2. In the Subscriptions tab, click the subscription card for the subscription you shared.
3. Under Pending invitations, click the Resend email icon to send the invitation again.
   Note: There is no way to resend an invite to a rejected invitation.

Un-share an invitation

1. Log in to My Account.
2. In the Subscriptions tab, click the subscription card for the subscription you shared.
3. Under Pending invitations, if the recipient has not accepted the invite, click the trash icon to delete the invitation.
   Note: There is no way to un-share a claimed license key.
