How this issue affects you
A software or program on your Windows device won't run while Desktop Security is installed.
What caused this issue
Desktop Security is a security app that blocks potentially harmful software from running on your device. It can sometimes interfere with software unexpectedly.
How to resolve this issue
To determine if Desktop Security is interfering with your software from running, turn off Desktop Security from your device and try running your software again.
Note: Only turn off Desktop Security if you are absolutely certain that the other software is safe.
- In the System Tray, click the Show hidden icons arrow. The system tray is located in your taskbar next to your clock.
- Right-click the Malwarebytes icon, then click Quit Malwarebytes.
- When the User Account Control window appears, click Yes.
