Advanced Settings modal in Desktop Security for macOS

The Advanced Settings tab opens into a modal where you can schedule a scan or configure how much processing power the app uses during a system scan. You can schedule a scan on the Scheduled Scan tab if you have a paid subscription.

To view Scheduled Scans and CPU usage settings:

1. Open the app.
2. Click on Settings in the sidebar.
3. Click Advanced Settings.
4. Click Open Advanced Settings, the settings screen appears.
5.  Click Scheduled Scans to configure a scan or click Advanced to view the CPU usage.
