Mobile Security v5 frequently sends notifications to your Android device about what is happening with the app. These notifications can alert you to when a scan has detected a threat, inform you if there are actions you need to take in the app, or update you when the status of your VPN changes. See the table below for a list of product notifications and what they mean.
Android notifications and descriptions

| VPN | Connected | This notification displays when the VPN has successfully connected to a server. |
| VPN | Disconnected | This notification displays when the VPN has disconnected from a server. |
| VPN | Connecting | This notification displays when the VPN is actively trying to connect to a server. |
| Malware scanner | Scanning... | During a scan, this notification displays the number of items scanned and if any malware items were detected. |
| Malware scanner | Scanner found no threats | This notification displays after a scan if no threats were found on your device. |
| Malware scanner | X Infection(s) found | This notification displays after a scan detects an infection on your device. |
| Real Time Protection | Real Time Protection is active. Crushes Malware. Restores Confidence. | This notification displays when you turn on Real Time Protection on your device. |
| Real Time Protection | [App name] is not harmful | This notification displays after Real Time Protection scans a newly downloaded app and decides that it is not a threat. |
| Real-Time Protection | X Infection(s) found | This notification shows when Real Time Protection finds ransomware on your device. |
