This page contains step-by-step guides that are easy to follow, ensuring that you can install or reinstall the VPN on all your devices.
To install or reinstall the VPN on your iOS device:
- Tap the App Store

- In the App Store, search for Malwarebytes Privacy.
- Locate the Malwarebytes app and tap GET.
- Once the download completes, tap OPEN.
- Once the app opens, review our Privacy Policy.
- Tap Accept and continue.
- Tap one of the options below and follow the on-screen steps:
- Start your 7-day trial: This option unlocks a free 7-day trial of VPN. After the trial period, your Apple account is charged if you continue to use the VPN.
- Already have a subscription: This option unlocks VPN for iOS with your existing subscription. For more information, see Activate VPN using My Account on iOS.
- Tap Get started.
- Tap Allow under Malwarebytes Privacy Would Like to Add VPN Configuration. This is a requirement as per Apple's policies. Malwarebytes does not monitor your online activities or data. Read more about our Privacy Policy.
- Tap Allow. You'll be asked to verify your Apple account.
- Once signed in, the VPN dashboard displays.
