VPN
Mobile Security version 5 is a combined security and VPN product that defends you from malware and protects your privacy. From the app’s dashboard, you can see whether your internet connection status is public or private regardless of whether you have a paid or free subscription.
What does Public connection mean?
You have a public connection when you're online without a VPN. With a public connection, your activities can be seen by others online.
What does Private connection mean?
Using a VPN makes your internet connection private. It encrypts the data you send and receive, so others can't see what you're doing online, even on public Wi-Fi or cell networks.
How to change your connection status
To change your connection status to private, all you need to do is turn on your VPN:
- Open the app.
- Toggle the VPN on.
- Your connection status is now private!
