You are unable to connect a VPN server when using Malwarebytes' VPN. One of the following messages displays:
- Network error. Make sure your internet connection is working.
- Network error. A connection error occurred. Check your internet connection and try again.
- No internet connection.
How to resolve this issue
To resolve this issue, we recommend trying the following steps:
- Reboot your modem/router, then restart your device. Rebooting your modem/router clears its memory, ends all active tasks, and reloads the system, refreshing the connection to your ISP.
- Check your device settings and WiFi/cellular network settings.
