When running a VPN connection on Mobile Security version 5, your device's location does not match the selected VPN server location.
When accessing a website, service or app, the location displayed in the website, service or app does not match the selected VPN server location.
The discrepancy in device locations can be caused by:
- running another VPN at the same time as the VPN app.
- the website, service or app has outdated data
- using a torrent app or service on a device that does not support Peer-to-Peer (P2P) traffic.
Verify your device's location matches the selected VPN server location.
- On the Mobile Security Dashboard, confirm that VPN is toggled On.
- Turn off other VPNs running on the device.
- Visit the WhatIsMyIPAddress website and view the My IP Information section.
