Unable to access content with VPN enabled on Mobile Security v5

Problem

When trying to access a website or app when VPN is enabled on Mobile Security version 5, you're unable to access the website or app or are redirected to a different location.

Cause 

Certain websites, online services, and apps restrict access to VPN users for security, copyright or licensing reasons, based on geolocation. 

Resolution

To access the website, service or app's content, try the following:

  • Change your server location to a city near your actual location. 
  • Temporarily toggle VPN Off to access the site, service, or app.
