When trying to access a website or app when VPN is enabled on Mobile Security, you're unable to access the website or app or are redirected to a different location.
What caused this issue
Certain websites, online services, and apps restrict access to VPN users for security, copyright, or licensing reasons, based on geolocation.
How to resolve this issue
To access the website, service, or app's content, try the following:
- Change your server location to a city near your actual location.
- Temporarily toggle VPN Off to access the site, service, or app.
- For Android users, use VPN split tunneling to allow certain apps and websites to bypass the VPN. Read Manage Mobile Security VPN settings on Android devices for more information.
