Manage phone numbers in the Allow list on Mobile Security v5

Mobile Security version 5 uses a database of fraudulent numbers to flag or block phone calls from known scammers, and to filter text messages from scammers into specific folders. If a call or text from a trusted phone number is flagged, blocked, or incorrectly filtered, you can add the phone number to the Allow list to unblock it.

Only add phone numbers to the Allow list you know are safe. 

Add a number to the Allow list

1. On the Mobile Security Dashboard, tap Call Protection or Text Message Filtering.
2. Scroll down to Allow List, tap Allow a number.
3. In the Allow a number screen, enter the number in the Phone number field. 
4. Tap Allow on the top right. The trusted number appears in your Allow list.

Remove a number from the Allow list

1. On the Mobile Security Dashboard, tap Call Protection or Text Message Filtering.
2. Scroll down to Allow List, tap Allow list.
3. In the Allow list screen, tap Edit on the top right.
4. Tap the minus icon next to the number you want to remove.
5. Tap Delete. The number is removed from your Allow list.
