The Help page in your account provides self-help tools for your product-related questions. To navigate to the Help page:
- Sign in to your account.
- On the Overview page, click Help in the sidebar.
You can click on one of the following cards to see more resources:
- The Contact Support card opens our AI chatbot so you can start a conversation. The chatbot can answer questions you may have about products, account and billing, and troubleshooting. The AI chatbot can also help you contact support. After starting a conversation, you can ask to create a support ticket, set up a call with a support agent, or chat with a live support agent.
- The Community forums card navigates to our Forums where you get answers from other customers and product experts. Browse the forums to find answers to frequently asked questions or start your own discussion.
