On January 23, 2019, customers using our Malwarebytes cloud platform; Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection and Response, Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection, or Malwarebytes Incident Response, may have experienced intermittent issues with various pages loading slowly and unexpected errors while accessing the Malwarebytes cloud-based management console.
The root cause of the issue was promptly identified, and a stabilization update was applied between 6:19pm EST and 7:02pm EST on January 23, 2019. During this update, customers were unable to access their console.
There was no impact to your endpoint security, as scheduled scans continued and endpoints were protected as configured by your security policies.
