Malwarebytes performed a maintenance update to our cloud platform on January 10, 2019.

New Features:

  • Single-Sign-On (SSO) support for Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).

Improvements:

  • The Quarantine timestamp for Windows endpoints now indicates the time an item is quarantined, rather than when a quarantined item was reported to the console.

  • The ‘Generate Diagnostic Logs’ task information now indicates it was generated by Malwarebytes Support, instead of by mwbsupport.

  • When restarting an endpoint via the console, the ‘Allow user to postpone’ option is only valid when ‘Restart immediately’ is selected

  • When an endpoint is in ‘Remediation Required’ status, clicking ‘Remediate’ via the Endpoint Properties page will display the badge and menu without the need to refresh the page.

  • The Exclusions page now displays the most recently updated items at the top.

  • The ‘Invite New User’ page renders correctly under the supported resolutions.

  • The Policy settings section for ‘Startup Options’ has been renamed to ‘Miscellaneous Protection Options’.

Known Issues:

  • None
