Malwarebytes offers a 60-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions of its consumer (i.e. Malwarebytes for Home) Windows, Mac, and bundle premium products that have been purchased directly from Malwarebytes. If you are not fully satisfied with your Malwarebytes consumer software you may request cancellation and refund within 60 days of purchase and we will cancel your subscription and refund 100% of your purchase price.

 

This 60-day money-back guarantee is not applicable for Malwarebytes business, teams, or technician products and does not apply to renewal subscriptions.

 

Certain exclusions and restrictions may apply to orders purchased through Google Play or Apple App Store. Malwarebytes mobile products purchased directly through these vendors are subject to their respective refund policies and store terms and conditions. Refer to Cancel subscription or request refund for purchase on Google Play  for more information.

 

If you purchased your Malwarebytes consumer product from other third-party vendors, including retail stores, please contact those vendors directly for more information about their refund policies.

 

If you have a new subscription purchased from the Malwarebytes website within the past 60 days and would like to request a cancellation and refund of such subscription, please submit a request with our support team directly.
