You can request a refund for Malwarebytes for Android Premium within 30-days of purchase date.  To request a refund, follow the instructions in the article  Report a problem with Malwarebytes for Android.

 

When you use Malwarebytes for Android to report a problem, Malwarebytes for Android drafts an email for you to send to Malwarebytes Support.  This email helps Malwarebytes Support locate your Google Play order number and process your refund.

 

Use the space provided in the drafted email to request a refund, as shown in the example below.  Once you've finished drafting your message, send the email.
