How-To: Report a problem from your Mobile Device

Just like any software, you may run into issues while using the software. To report an issue with the APP the best way to do this is to send feedback via the APP. When you submit feedback from the APP there is a lot of information that our Support Team requires to process your request. This article will show you how to submit feedback via the APP. To start, open Malwarebytes for Android by tapping on the icon.

 

                                                           

 

1) Once on the dashboard, tap the menu button on the upper left hand corner of the screen.

 

                                                                    

 

2) When the Menu bar appears, tap on About.

 

                                                                   

 

3) Next, tap on Send Feedback.

 

                                                                   

 

4) The screen will shade out and there will be two choices at the bottom. Tap on Report a problem. Your Default email will open up with the necessary information already filled out into the email body. Depending on your email service provider, the lay out may be different, for this document we are using gmail.

 

                                                                   

 

5) Include any additional comments you would like to send with your request at the top, then click on the send button. Our Support Team will respond to your request as soon as possible.
