How does the change to Malwarebytes 3 affect my Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium subscription?

We released a new version of our software in December and it is a combination of our two core technologies with the inclusion of our newest technology, Anti-Ransomware. With the new protection features we have changed the pricing model of our licenses. The change puts us more inline with other security software manufacturers that offer total protection like our software does. Where does this leave our existing customers?


Existing Customers who have Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit or Malwarebytes Anti-Malware subscriptions are not effected by the pricing change for Malwarebytes 3 Premium. Existing customers are entitled to a FREE upgrade to Malwarebytes 3 Premium, and their renewal prices will remain as it currently is. Since Malwarebytes 3 Premium also includes the Anti-Exploit technology, customers can use their Anti-Exploit license to Activate the full features of Malwarebytes 3 Premium. Customers with a subscription to both products can protect more computers, or request to have their extra license terminated by contacting our support team.
