Why is my license still expired after I paid for renewal?

If your license is still expired after paying for renewal, it is likely because the program has not synced the license status yet with our servers yet. You can force a sync by clicking the My Account tab on the program Dashboard. This will manually force a sync with our license server and update your license status in the program.
