Unlike a traditional antivirus and security products, Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit does not need to disinfect, as it prevents vulnerability-driven infections in the first place. When Anti-Exploit blocks a vulnerability exploit attack, the malware is prevented from running and infecting the machine. Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit is a real-time only permanent protection against vulnerability exploits and malware execution.

If you are concerned that malware may still be on your system, you should run a scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to remove any remaining threats.
