If you purchased your Premium license key from Malwarebytes, the instructions in this document can help you find your Premium license key, confirmation email, and invoice.
Malwarebytes uses the payment processor Cleverbridge for most transactions. Use the Cleverbridge Purchase Lookup tool to find your Premium license key.
To use the Purchase Lookup tool, perform the following steps:
- Go to Purchase Lookup tool.
- Enter the email address used to purchase your Malwarebytes Premium license.
- Under Verification, enter the characters shown.
- Click Next to submit your information.
A confirmation email containing your license key and invoice is sent to the email address you used for your purchase.
Purchase not found
If Purchase Lookup is unable to find your license key, you may have purchased:
- using a different email address
- from a retail store
- from an online merchant not affiliated with Malwarebytes
Note: Malwarebytes does not have any sales information from other merchants, including retail stores.
Malwarebytes uses the secure payment processor Cleverbridge for most online transactions. If your payment was processed by Cleverbridge, contact Cleverbridge Support to locate your purchase.
Cleverbridge can locate your purchase using the following information:
- The Cleverbridge reference number included in your confirmation email.
- The email address used for your purchase.
- The name and address used your order.
