Malwarebytes uses two billing vendors, cleverbridge and 2checkout, to process payments. Cleverbridge or 2checkout can help you with the following:
- refund requests
- automatic renewals
- billing address updates
- unauthorized charges
- subscription cancellations or deactivation
To receive a refund for Malwarebytes Premium, you must submit a request within 60 days of purchase, as stated in the Malwarebytes End User License Agreement.
To find out which vendor can help you with payment inquiries, refer to your confirmation email. Your confirmation email states which vendor processed your payment under Your Order.

If you've set up your My Account profile, you can log in to My Account to:
- Update your payment method in My Account
- Change my email address in My Account
- Manage subscriptions in My Account
