Malwarebytes uses two billing vendors, cleverbridge and Avangate, to process payments.  Cleverbridge or Avangate can help you:

  • update your billing address
  • stop automatic renewals
  • cancel your subscription
  • request a refund 

 

To receive a refund for Malwarebytes Premium, you must submit a request within 30 days of purchase, as stated in the Malwarebytes End User License Agreement.

 

To find out which vendor can help you with billing-related inquiries, refer to your confirmation email.  Your confirmation email states which vendor processed your payment under Your Order.
