How do I report issues with Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware?

If you are encountering issues with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, please create a support ticket and attach the following log file with your ticket.

 

You will need to download and run the following support tool (arwlogs.exe) to generate the log file.

  1. Download the Support Tool (arwlogs.exe) found here.
  2. Double click on the file to run it.  
  3. When executed arwlogs.exe will create a ZIP archive on your desktop named YYYY-MM-DD-%COMPUTERNAME%.ZIP.
  4. A command prompt will open.
  5. Press any key to close the command prompt.

Note: You may see a warning saying certain files cannot be accessed. That is expected. There is no need to worry.
