How do I report a False Positive found using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Business?

To report a false positive, please contact Support directly. A support agent will then reach out to you with further instructions. Prior to submitting the ticket, please launch Malwarebytes Anti-Malware using the /developer command line switch, and then perform a scan. Once the scan has finished and detected the False Positive, save a copy of the log. Do not take any further action on the False Positive until we have reviewed it.


If the auto-quarantine feature of the Malwarebytes Protection Module is causing problems with the False Positive, please temporarily add the item to the Ignore List.
