Edit the payment method for my Malwarebytes subscription

If you've purchased or renewed a subscription directly through Malwarebytes, you can log in to My Account to update your payment method.  To create a login for My Account, use the instructions provided in the Set up your My Account profile article.


  1. Log in to My Account.

  2. Click Billing and payment.

  1. At the top of the page, click the payment method you need to edit.

  2. Click EDIT BILLING.

  1. Use the Change Payment Option window to edit your payment options, then click NEXT.

  2. After you have reviewed your data and confirmed the changes are correct, click UPDATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
    If your payment is past due, your payment is processed once you have updated your subscription.


When the Change Payment Option window confirms your payment details have been successfully updated, you can close the window and log out of My Account.
