The My Account portal uses your email to track all of the information connected with your subscription. If you have changed your email address, you will need to update that information in My Account. To do so:
- Log in to your account here: https://my.malwarebytes.com/
- Click on Preferences on the left.
- Under the Profile section, click on the CHANGE link above the email box to change your email address.
- Click Done when finished, then click Save.
