Change my email address in My Account

The My Account portal uses your email to track all of the information connected with your subscription. If you have changed your email address, you will need to update that information in My Account.

 

Edit or update email address in My Account

  1. Log into My Account.

  2. Click on Settings tab.

  1. Under the Profile section, click in the Email field.

  2. Delete your old email listed, then type in a new email address you wish to associate with your Malwarebytes subscription.

  1. Click Save to confirm your changes.
