How do I return a Techbench USB (legacy) that has been physically damaged?

To return a Techbench USB (legacy) that has been physically damaged:

  1. Open a Malwarebytes’ Business Support Ticket
  2. Include the following details in your ticket
  • Cleverbridge Reference Number
  • Windows Operating System
  • Your order number/Invoice number
  • Address / shipping information

Once your ticket is received, a Malwarebytes customer success representative will contact you to provide further instructions.
